  4. This program requires Windows 3.1 and an IBM WindSurfer or compatible adapter 
  5. with an Mwave DSP (32K of Data/32K of Inst. memory) and CD-quality AD/DA 
  6. converters.  The three files, DELAY.EXE, DELAY.DSP, and WPP.DLL are required 
  7. for it to run.  I wouldn't copy WPP.DLL to your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.  
  8. It's not worth the effort.  Read DELAY.TXT for usage notes.

  11. If used carelessly, this program can cause damage to your ears, and the 
  12. amplifier/speakers connected to your soundboard.  Always keep the Feedback 
  13. and Output Level parameters at reasonable levels.  Feedback beyond 40% will 
  14. cause instability, as will output levels beyond 100%.  Since this product is 
  15. meant for professional use, access to a much greater range of Feedback and 
  16. Output Level is available.  The author assumes no liability for careless use 
  17. of this product.  Read LEGAL.DOC for more info.
